LeBron Raymone James Sr., born December 30, 1984, is an American professional basket ball player who represents the Los Angeles Lakers (NBA). King James is widely regarded as one of basketball's greatest players. He's often in comparison to Michael Jordan when discussing the most well-known player. James has won four NBA championships, four NBA MVP Awards, and four NBA Finals MVP awards three All-Star MVP awards and two Olympic gold medals. James is an NBA All-Star and has the most playoff points, the second highest career point total, and the seventh highest ever assist number. This is a record for the NBA that he's been an NBA All-Star for 18 years. He participated in more than 10 NBA Finals, the third-most ever. It was eight in a row between 2011-2018. James was named to the NBA's 75th Anniversary Team for 2021. He became the NBA's first player with 10,000 points, rebounds and assist in 2022. James was a basketball player for St. Vincent St. Mary High School, in Akron Ohio. The national media celebrated him as an NBA superstar. As a prep to pro his dream, it was the Cleveland Cavaliers chose him as the top pick during the NBA draft of 2003. Being the NBA rookie of the year 2004, he established his name quickly as one the top players in the league, earning the NBA MVP award for the 2009 and 2010 seasons. James signed with the Miami Heat in 2010 when the team became a free agent after not achieving a Championship with Cleveland. The news was broadcast on The Decision.
