Taylor

Taylor Swift has become a uncommon pop sensation: A superstar who crossed over completely from the world of country music to pop culture, becoming a pop icon that will be around forever, and will conquer everywhere. Swift let go of the influences from her country music as if they were an additional layer of skin and revealed she was one of the best singers/songwriters of her generation. Swift could make the occasion personal, or use it for her benefit. Swift's early tracks like the Neotribute in tribute to Tim McGraw were a testament to her talent. However, her second album Fearless of 2008 proved to be a songwriter finding her voice, and also a larger audience. The album was a huge success, not just in America, but also with six platinum-certified singles. The Top Ten songs Love Story & the hit song You Belong with Me were the primary reasons behind this. However, it did exceptionally well throughout the world. Speak Now delivered almost two years later, which consolidated the success and moved Swift towards the top of fame. The next three albums she released, Red (2012) 1989 (2004) and Reputation (2017), her popularity increased and she became part of a music scene in which it became clear she belonged. Her name was always at the top of pop until she reverted to her signature style in her twin albums, folklore and Evermore in the year 2020.
